I got this MDS compression short sleeve for my son. He works out a few days a week and needed a shirt to keep him from chafing. This compression shirt does exactly that and doesn't rub together while working out. I would happily get another one when needed.

This compression shirt has a nice fit. It's snug, but not restrictive. It also has a mesh part in the middle of the back to help keep you cool. The material is not hot and the seams are not irritating. I appreciate that they include a chest size guide to reference on the back of the box.
