      these medicine balls work great. I got the 15 and 20lb ones (the only 2 that weren't extremely overpriced). They were a little slippery at first but I wiped them down which seemed to help but they do their job. about the size of a basketball.. maybe a little bigger. they work great. I would recom...

      these medicine balls work great. a little bigger than I expected but it still works. at first, they were a little slippery but I washed them off and it helped with the grip. but overall, these are great. I got the lbs that weren't overpriced
