This bag is perfect for hikes and working in the field. There is a portion where i can stuff my hoodie or hard hat into, and the different compartments in this pack make it easy to organize gear. One caveat is that the bottle holders are very narrow and don't fit Nalgenes

The water nozzle is great, the colors are very prominent, the pockets work well. It fits perfect tightened onto my back and I hiked up to Harper ferry no problem and could run with it on. The only thing I wish it had was a a waterproof pocket.

I always go running with the hydration backpacks which allows me to run additional miles in my day. The additional straps give a feeling of comfort and security while running. It's a great piece of survival gear. It hold 2L of water and doesn't leak at all. The storage is awesome! It has a ton of pockets and pouches. Really the only bad thing is that the color is very dull and more of a true blue. I expected a light-blue/teal color.
