Great ottoman and comes just as pictured. The black is a very deep, dark black-brown color. Very light, but sturdy enough to use a seat. There are only three feet at the bottom and not four.

I did not believe the bad reviews and had to learn the hard way. It's cheaply made! It looks cute from afar and could hold a few things but I would not trust it to bear any weight or repeated use. The “hyacinth” looks and feels fake, like twisted tissue paper and inside the lid is flimsy cardboar...
