I was a bit worried because it is refurbished, but we have had zero problems. It is perfect for our bedroom and cools the room down quickly. A feature I like, it will shut off when it hits desired temp. Turn back on when it rises. All in all, good purchase.

Only lasted a couple of weeks, got home today and it was blowing hot air which is the exact opposite of what its supposed to do so that is no on whether I would recommend it or not. Also this site will not let me use an apostrophe because no one ever uses contractions.

Makes huge noise once down to 60 degrees. Sometimes 70 degrees it's loud as I don't know what. First day purchasing out of all the air conditioner units this was the loudest. Not just any loud noise it sounded as if the motor was going out.

A really bad job with factory reburbishing. It was missing the vent tubing attachment, so there was no way to connect the vent tube to the unit. It would stop blowing cool air after 1-2 minutes and then switch to the fan. Don't waste your time or money. This wasn't any better than a fan. I'm so...
