The hi pitched sound coming from this machine is out of a Sci-Fi movie. I am returning it. It also has a sort of machine oil smell after it has been running a few minutes.

I bought this vacuum as the one I have is too hard to push and I'm having surgery on my back. Big mistake. I forgot that other canister vacuums I've used that worked very well had a motor on the sweeper head? This one is only good for cleaning with the wand.

Don't buy it! You can only get bags online..they fill up quick so suction doesn't last. It's garbage..save your money

Even though i knew it was refurbished when i bought them the sucking power on this vacuum cleaner is really really weak. I'm terribly disappointed as i got two in one order. Dang it wish they will make them again brand new :'(

I don't know how well it works, because when I opened the box they did not put the floor piece in the box. Being refurbished it was just all put in a box. I will be returning it.
