I can't not get it to work at all- Charging or turning on. Supposedly I have been getting emails from the distributor I guess advising they are refunding my money, and I don't have to return it. Will wait and see if it happens!

Would not accept a charge due to bad connection in the plug. Had to clamp the plug tightly with clips to charge. When it finally did charge, the heart rate monitor did not show any change. Also, the instructions for use were not helpful. I would not recommend this item.

Don't waste your money on this. The step counter is not accurate at all. You can be walking and the counter doesn't even move. It starts working whenever it wants. I't will stay stuck for hours before it starts tracking again. Very disappointed with this product not a good buy at all.

It worked fine for a couple of days. And then is started indicating that I have a message and I do not. so I will be returning it

Purchased the tracker on 04/20/2018 had to be shipped and by 05/11/2018 had already quit working. The numbers look nothing like the picture and it is not waterproof at all. My son got it wet just for a second and quit working immediately. When you get the box does not say waterproof either.
