Laptop did not work. Kept getting stuck about 60% of the time on a black screen immediately following the windows boot screen. Returns process takes forever and customer service makes it sound like it's your fault for returning it.

No Charger. Wish it had said that. So far so good. There are screws to add a M.2 at least that is what I assume it is. I will check it out. Not sure how fast the M.2 is it came with. It may just be to upgrade the M.2. It is very fast and the battery was fully charged. I have a charger ...

Looked at several for my daughter as a gift. This one had the most memory in the price range I wanted. Glad I made this choice as she loved it! The only thing was it didn't allow me to choose the color. It worked out though as she received Rose Gold, the color she wanted.
