Although I only mountain bike, it's s great way to keep the legs in shape over the winter months. It's been completely trouble free and reliable. Obviously we'll made. I put 175-200 hours a year on it. Best way to watch a ball game and stay in shape.

I've had two of these models for two years now (one for my bike and one for my wife's bike) and it is a solid, well built, and easy to set up trainer. I would recommend getting a trainer tyre though because normal road tyres will wear noticeably on it. It is great value for the cash conscious.

I love how easy this product was to set up! Even the shifter for the handlebars. It is not loud and I'm able to hear my tv shows just fine as I'm on my trainer!
