I have out grown the weights provided with the glove. So I replace them. But over a couple of years the heavier weight, and frequent use tore apart the gloves. Time to replace them.

Use these during my cardio kickboxing DVD. Kind of uncomfortable around your thumbs. Wouldn't be able to wear long term.
