This backpack holds as much as my old backpack and looks significantly smaller. It is more stylish than any other backpack I can find. This is by far the best backpack I have ever owned.

I actually took this backpack hiking and it was pretty comfortable to lug around, I had a decent amount of weight in it and the straps felt easy on my shoulders. Plus you can fit a lot in it. And I use it for school, so overall great backpack.

I love that the backpack has a separate section for the laptop. I think the pockets are smart and I love that the pack keeps it's shape and doesn't end up expanding. I use it for my commute but also for other outings as the pack is very practical.

Appreciate the sophisticated color, features and ability to fully open the main compartment (like a carry on). But, the straps need a more pronounced "S bend" to avoid rubbing against your inner arm. Also, the back fabric panel is not well ventilated for comfort on hot humid days.
