It was as promised, as well as being durable, with three kids they have all dropped it and so far it has held up! They all love pretending to fix the phone and I love how it talks as well!

I have 3 kids ranging from 22 months to 6 years old and they all enjoy playing with this toy. There are lots of parts to take apart and "fix" and the best part is...the screws don't come all the way out. So they don't get lost. We are very happy with the toy.

Great product for a 3 year old boy. Screws don't get lost and talking phone gives him directions and conversations. Great value for the price too!!

My nephew is a tinkerer, he loves taking things apart to figure out how they work, he absolutely loved this present I gave him. It engaged him for over an hour which is great feat considering he's only 3 yo, he acutally ignored opening up any other present he received that same night.
