We smoked the 5 15%23 turkey's at 250 with these pellets, and the birds came out fantastic. Between the brine and the flavor contributed by the smoking process this was by far our best turkey's yet. 1 bag of pellets was enough to do all 3 cooks, with about 5%23 left over.

This is a great fruity smoke no matter the length of time it was a short smoke or a long smoke. It is not a very overwhelming flavor. It is the perfect.
