I ordered a bunch of these. They were all probably 6 inches tall and in a very small amount of dirt so plan on repotting into something larger or putting them in the ground as soon as they arrive. The picture is after repotting them the day they arrived

Ordered 8. All were 10-12". Packaged in a box. Roots were damp, in individual plastic trays, wrapped in clear plastic wrap, and a bamboo stake. Planted the next day and all are doing well even after a couple of frosty mornings.
