We bought 2 of these. One we cannot open. The other we opened after significant struggles, but now we can't close it. I wish I did my research on these before purchasing because this seems to be a problem with chairs from this company.

One chair arrived with bent leg and bolt almost falling out. Other chair was not broken but returning it as well because now I have no confidence in the strength and quality of this product. It did look nice when I first took it out of the package because I really wanted a sun hood of some type.

My wife bought two of these. One has already broken while trying to close and the second seems to have a mind of its own and won't close. Part may be due to operator error but at this price opening and closing should not be a problem. Once open, comfortable chair.

Finally I found a chair that is what I've spent years looking for; it's comfortable, easy to fold and carry but most of all the adjustable sun shade is perfect. I'm tired of lugging cumbersome beach umbrellas and it's annoying to have to maneuver them to stay in the shade. Or have it blow away. M...
