Dayco 5060840 - Serpentine Belt Fits select: 2005-2008 FORD F150, 2011-2014 HYUNDAI SONATA

The old belt was squealing after 120K miles. It came off easily but the new one wasn't so stretched out. I had to really "muscle" the tensioner to get the new one on but squeal gone! An easy fix for a routine maintenance repair. It fit exactly like the OEM part and it looks very well made.

This is a great belt. Wish I could say it was an easy install on my 2013 Sonata 2.4L, it wasn't. Routing the belt is a pain, be sure you rig up some way to hold wrench in place on tensioner. Not saying it is super difficult, just take your time and map out belt routing before you begin.

What can you say, its a belt and Dayco is one of the oldest belt mfrs around. The last one went 110,000 miles and was still going fine. I just thought it was time to replace it. This one will probably go 110,0000 miles too if the car lasts that long.

Replaced when putting in new alternator in 2003 Honda Accord V6. Appears to be OEM quality. A little tricky to install but not too bad, just requires patience to route around pulleys and some muscle to loosen belt tensioner to get belt on to final pulley.
