I purchase the rod / reel combo for my grandson for Christmas this year. So I am unable to give a review on this combo. I really like the looks of the combo and think it going to make him a very good Christmas present.

I ordered 3-combo's and use them almost every day I am not at work. I have landed some really nice fish bass, red fish, sea trout, and flounder. I would order these rod/reel combo's again. Thanks

Would has very feel an sensitivity good strong back bone. The reel us smooth and cast great even with light weight baits.would like to have a couple of more of them.

This was my first baitcaster, for the price this thing is amazing. I generally use spinning rods but this combo is going to see a lot of action this year!
