Neither I or my wife could unlatch the support legs. We tried multiple times and the lever became bent. I returned the board for a refund and would not purchase this brand again. The Walmart.com and store return to a store were done without any problems.

Product is sturdy, due to the 4 legs. The padding is very thin, which is why I gave it one less star. pad is thin. I had to put an extra thick highly quality pad which i bought separately. it was clear on website that the pad is not extra thick.
