Needed a temporary replacement for a dead cooktop. Served that purpose pretty well, but is not designed for high heat cooking. I will use this item in the future for low heat cooking and buffet service. It is attractive and has solid burners. Easy to clean.

This thing works like a charm. It heats quickly and gets pretty hot. The larger side will boil water. It gets so hot that it will continue to boil3-5 min after it is turned off. I have mad pasta soup chili. I have sautéed with no issues. Great product for the price
