Needs a special battery, that isn't included, and doesn't match any found in the US. On the bright side, it has a USB cord, so it is useful at the computer!

Worst purchase I've ever made! All instructions are in Chinese, including what size battery it takes! It does not take a normal battery and we can't figure out what it does take! So it only works plugged in. Which defeats the point of being a stroller fan!

It could come with batteries as the fan requires 22mAhm 18650 rechargeable lithium battery and this battery has been difficult for me to locate.I have had the fan for about 2 weeks and the air floor is good when plugged in. The other review to tgus is unfair and absurd. The reason its only working for them while plugged in and the batteries are irregular, is because they are rechargeable batteries and they come uncharged. You have to charge it with a USB cord (which they provide), and it should hopefully run as well...
