I was a little skeptical about purchasing a refurbished t.v. However, the price was unbelievable so I went ahead and purchased. Let me feel you that I am beyond satisfied with this purchase. It was delivered before it delivery date!! Looks brand new. No scratches, nothing. In original packaging....

Great tv. My only dislike is that, you cant adjust the picture zoom because it's in 4k Ultra HD quality that's set.

This item is not factory refurbished as advertised. From the appearance it was put back in the box air was returned from some other customer. It has scratches, dust, and dirt all over the screen and the outer surfaces of the unit.
