I purchased the deluxe edition, what a joke. After completing my return, your program wouldn't let me file because my software needed to be updated, but that update wasn't available for 7 days. This delay in filling caused me to not getting my return filed before the Government shut down.

Defective product. After downloading it did not launch, and it would not even open from its location in my downloads folder. I tried installing a second time and had the same problem. (Windows 10 is my OS).

Extremely disappointed that you can not zoom the text or screen. Some of the text is so ridiculously small I can't believe anyone would be expected to read it. After years of using run software I'm going somewhere else's next year

I have used HRBlock tax software for over 10 years, This year I bought it online from Wall-mart. I am unable to load the software because of a problem with the installation wizard. There is no-one at Wall-mart to help me.

Don't buy. License given by walmart does not work. Walmart links to get help do NOT work. Online support 0 help. Promised by Walmart that they will "investigate" the problem and help me within 48 hours. Only recourse is to do a credit card chargeback.
