I received my Kettle Joe last weekend. Easy to assemble by two people (makes it easier). After seasoning the grill on Saturday night, I smoked a 24 hour brined chicken. 3.5 hours later at a temperature of 135c it was done and was over the nook with the result. Pictures below.
