I love these smokers, and they always work. Great! This one is a good medium size which you can still cook a lot of food in, they're simple to use. And easy to keep clean. It showed up fast, works perfect. Had it for a week, I've already used it three times.

Item came delivered with dents and would not seal.

This was a replacement for the first one I had to return due to damaged during shipping. This one we picked up today, box was in excellent shape, got it home pulled it out of the box. To our surprise it was damaged as well. Fan housing was bent to crap. Someone must have slammed it on the ground....
