I don't know why I thought it came with an undershirt, but it didnt. It's just a sheer loose blouse with long sleeves you have to roll up.

I bought this shirt for work. It is lovely. I wear a black cami underneath and sometimes a nice belt. The sleeves may be rolled up like in the picture or worn down. I am glad I got the black and burgundy.
