horrible packaging. bike is all scraped up. cant tighten the seat. doesnt peddle backwards to brake like description says. chain keeps popping off. think ill stick to huffy next time. the freaking box already got thrown out otherwise i would surely take it back.

1 star because I had to give it a star. Missing parts, box damaged, item damaged, pieces were just thrown in the box, the left pedal will not screw in because of damage. I just opened it to put it together for my 4 yr olds “Santa” present and now that won't happen for him.

Looks nice, but it was flimsy and poorly manufactured with very weak parts. The pedals have already broken. The rear bearings don't have an external cap so the ball bearings are exposed and already starting to seize. There's a reason these bikes are on clearance. I do not reccomend these bikes.
