Finish flanges bent on arrival (damage during shipment). We installed in a wood deck. Would have preferred some lag bolts for that wood option--paid extra for masonry inserts/bolts which we promptly threw away. Pretty easy to install. looks nice

I liked the rails very much. However I did not use the 3/8" lag bolts as suggested.Having worked in the building trades all my life, experience was the best teacher. When using carbide bits on concrete no matter what you do the bit will always wonder a little before setting in to drill the hole.A...

Great handrail, but no drill bit included although it is shown in pictures. No where does it list what size drill bit, so it made it interesting trying to find the right size drill bit for drilling into concrete. We had to purchase several in order to get the exact right size.

We wanted a handrail for three steps down to the patio. We found several with other vendors, but they were much more expensive . I disliked having to drill into concrete, but the flat plate on the post made it easy to put epoxy on that and put epoxy on the concrete and then jammed them together and they stayed that way, strong and safe. The bad news is the handrail gets hot in the sun.
