Ansley just graduated from college and after a humiliting breakup she moves in with her grandmother that she's never meet in New York. This book was a quick read was some useable cooking tips. I didn't like the characters at first but by the end of the book they all really grew on me.

Enjoyable read with many good recipes. Not a believable story, but a good beach read.

I enjoyed it more as a recipe book than a novel. I thought the grandmother's story was well done, but the granddaughter's had some issues.
