      Unit looks unused, can't say the same for the remote. Set it up, plug it in and run when you get it. Remote display is bad with unit I got, so need a replacement. Hopefully I can get the remote without sending back everything. I had initially thought to leave it in the box in case we needed it.

      Mine was refurbished. Noticed some small cracks in plastic, which didn't bother me, however it produced too much condensation in 'cool' mode and after 10 minutes was spewing out water.
