Wasn't really expecting the quality that we ended up with. The cover on this mattress pad is thick enough to use on its own! The egg crate and mattress pad together could make any mattress a dream to sleep on!

We bought a mid-grade matress to start off for our 2 1/2 yr old, I thought that it was a little to stiff for him. I kept looking for a deal on a matress topper and I came across this one on clearance. It made a world of difference, now I feel like he is sleeping on a cloud. Awesome for the money!!!!

It is a nice pollowtop add on for your bed but it is not made of memory foam at all. it is more like a quilted topper. it does have nice fitted skirting so it slips on like a fitted sheet.
