This is made for a tiki torch but I used it as a flag pole on my deck. It is sturdy and made well.

Screw isn't long enough to hold pole at any length so the torches are flush to the deck. I purchased similar from Lowe's and they work as designed. These are fine if you don't want any height to what you're holding.

Does a great job holding tiki torches on my raised deck. Easy to use and very sturdy, don't know if it will rust yet as it hasn't rained on them yet but that's nothing some Rust-Oleum paint can't fix.

Used these to attach 3/4" pvc poles to the deck rails to hang patio lights. Installs in seconds...you'll have to zoom in on the picture to see them, but they worked perfectly. Could also be used to hold thin pole tiki torches....
