Comes almost put together. Just had to attach the cart legs extension and put on the wheels and screw on the grill hood. The screws for putting it all together came packaged in separate sections that opened easily. Took about 45 minutes to put together while unpacking and reading the instruction...

This grill is awesome. We cant wait to bring this camping with us. It has a huge space to cook on. This is super well made. It was easy to pull together and is really nice quality. It looks really nice too. I love the locking feature on this as well so the top doesnt open.
