Heavy bag kit was priced right and included free delivery to my home within two days. The training gloves included in the kit were below par, so I went out to purchase a pair of full-sized boxing gloves. Bag was installed in my garage in one day and meets my expectations.

Great bag that comes filled. I was a little skeptical because of the price. But well worth it. Quality is great. Boxing gloves are horrible. Looks more like mittens. If you don't already have boxing gloves you may want to buy some.
