This machete is extremely sharp as it should be ! Be careful not to hurt yourself or someone else. I easily slices through roots, brush and small saplings. for larger size materials, the saws works well!

The feel of the handle is good, and the balance is excellent. Super sharp out of the box too. I've only used it on some small brush - so I'll see how long that sharpness lasts.
