This is my new favorite exercise piece. It's small enough to keep in any room. I definitely love the 20lb as l am a beginner. I had to start with less reps but I have been building up my endurance. I also love the wide handle, it makes it super comfortable to use.

I chose this kettlebell because it's 20 lbs which is effective for my workout routine. I use it for bent rows, dead lifts and overhead press. It's solid and painted black. It does not have a plastic film on it as some others have.

This is such a great heavy duty twenty pound kettle bell. It's all metal and has a great mark labeling that it is twenty pounds. I would say that you should use gloves when using the kettle bell.
