It made great coffee and worked great for the first month. Then all of a sudden it wouldn't make a full cup.It just won't spit all of the water out. Had to run it 5 times to make almost a full cup of coffee. Not sure what the problem is. Going to return it for another brand.

Purchased at Walmart, and on it's way back. Didn't work out of the box. Plus, it has this huge stupid sticker on the front you can't remove -- even if it did work. Just sort of fizzed and clicked until I finally just gave up and unplugged it.

Purchased this a few weeks ago and use it once a day. There is clearly a problem with the water pump. I fill the reservoir with water and turn the machine on, and nothing happens. My brother has an older model of this, and I thought this would be great for me. I'm not a huge coffee drinker, so a 10 cup machine is too much and is harder to clean. This machine is nice and small, and it is so easy to clean. I love the red color too. It's my newest favorite thing!
