I bought this inexpensive grill mainly to cook sandwiches and it grills the bread very evenly. The sandwiches come out great! Also use it occasionally to make pancakes, french toast and Johnny cakes - yum! Love the non-stick surface.

I love this ceramic griddle ! So far it's excellent! I have 3 other griddles, including 2 ceramic ones made by Oster, but this one is so much better ! It heats up so fast that we almost burned our first batch of pancakes ... And the cleaning it's a breeze ! I wish I would have owned this soone...

So far it's great! I was able to cook eggs without any oil. Seems to cook evenly. Surface is holding up well & is easy to clean. I just make sure not to use any metal to avoid scratches.
