It is very sharp knife absolutely not for kids. I had to take extra care while using it in my kitchen. I could cut the vegetables precisely like pro chef. Quite handy for peeling the fruits and vegetables with minimal effort. Stainless steel with good grip able cut as thin as I could.

Got this few weeks ago and I have fallen in love. GoodCook 3.5 Paring Knife so easy to use, clean, store. I can get the job done with this paring knife, instead of fighting with having to go thru so many knifes until u found one that would cut. Not anymore this one is awesome.

This is one of the best knives I've used in years! I want and entire set of them! I wash and dry it as soon as I use it so I can have it ready just in case I need it again. It's effortless to use, no resistance, and is a great size. I absolutely love this knife.
