I had issues with the headphones about 1.5 months after I bought them. I contacted JLab and without question they sent me an online gift card. I ordered a replacement with it and am completely satisfied with the product and the outstanding customer service.

Best for the budget, the earbuds without the wraps dont stay in my ears. If you have that issue get these, they work well and you dont have to have them crammed in all the time, you can just let them hang loose so your ears can breathe lol.
