after messing with them for 30 minutes i gave up and just used the charger. super hard to get the cord into it and it doesnt go all the way to the end like the picture shows.

Does not fit all cords. Most micro usb connectors are too large for the "mouths" (especially Samsung connectors). Must have been designed with only iPhone owners in mind. Think broader marker when you design a "Universal" product.

These things are horrible. I couldn't even get it to open enough to go around the cord.

NOT FOR iPHONE PRODUCTS! Package says it's for ALL cords. It's NOT!!! Installation REQUIRES prying open the animal with a large flat blade screwdriver and then attempting to get the animal over the plug end. Animal is SUPPOSED TO close around the plug end, but it won't. Save your money!
