the item looks damaged/used. Have to go through the return process, which can only happen at the local store. Time and money lost.

I would think there are many good lawnmowers so for me the important thing is customer service,I received the mower late one Friday,put it together it was easy but like I told them it was harder for me because of my disease anyway the back left tire kept falling off I called their customer servic...

I was so upset, once they delivered the item the tape on the item looks like it was a return item, when we opened the box the bag for the mower, the battery and the charger was not in the box. How can you sell a return package with missing stuff to another customer .
