I could just sit & watch the chicken basting itself. The hardest part is tieing up the chicken. We love it. We mostly make whole chickens. I recommend it all the time. If I had to say one bad thing, it would be that I can't get the glass door clean.

This thing really does work great ! I've cooked turkeys, tri-tip, roasts, steaks and burgers in this and every time they come out perfect. Line the drip pan with foil and clean up is nothing ! This one came with all kinds of accessories and when I bought it, it was $79.00 !
