i like this. i've a deck that i've multiple plant life on and watering them has been the worst element until now. This has been a lifesaver as a ways getting all over the residence, porches and deck to water vegetation without dragging hoses round.

The product has a few vulnerable plastic parts inner so it broke fairly quick. on the upside customer support sent me a brand new one right away.

I assume this retractable hose reel is awesome. Very lightweight and smooth to use. My problem is the wand broke inside 3 weeks getting it. this is the second retractable hose reel that i bought and the second one wand that has damaged on me within weeks of purchase. Very reasonably-priced excell...
