My schools gym has no T-bar, and this is a miracle lol. Works perfectly, a bit unstable with weights above 4 playes, but doable if you are a bit more cerefull or have a lifting buddy. The thing itself made from pretty durable metal and is a very simple contruction that most likely will last a while.

Does what you expect it to do. I have used this for every workout and it is easy to use. I like this better than putting the bar in a corner to lift.

I like working out, like the t-bar rows and the other exercise you do with this kind of equipment. I do think, for the beginner, they should put a small poster with all the exercises for this piece. There is always YouTube.
