If you cannot get the shoe on, you cannot wear it. I broke a shoe horn in an attempt to put it on. The original trainer was an excellent shoe.

The opening is too small to get my foot into no matter how hard I try. I have a pair of Mizuno Men's synchro MX trainers in the same size (11) and they fit fine. It's the lack of the traditional tongue. It's not a good design. I can't be the only one having this issue. Need to know how to return.
