Very flexible. Has a lining for a curtain rod at the bottom but also bigger loops for something bigger (I guess, haha). I cut those off and made ties for nice days when I don't want the windows fully blocked.

Nothing fancy about this but it does the job & looks decent. The velcro adhesive is sturdy & the material is dense but not heavy. I attached the panel to a steel 15 lite door.
