We bought our unit a few weeks ago and are very pleased. we like the design and the features. If I could change one thing the microwave should have a little brighter bulb for the light underneath. we replaced our with an LED. that being said we like the Samsung microwave:)

I've had this microwave for 8 years and have never had a problem with it. It's easy and intuitive to use. Reliability is strong and performance consistent (can't say the same for my other Samsung products — especially my refrigerator).

This installed easily, and the instructions were clear. You just have to have an extra pair of hands to help hang the unit, once you've installed the bracket. Looks great and works great so far. If you don't need all the fancy extras and want a high quality, basic microwave, this is it.

We originally purchased one from a different manufacturer but the door design left us unable to keep it. We have the oven mounted next to it so the door was hitting. The way this thing opens with such a low profile is perfect for what we needed. And of course the quality is superb (It's Samsung!!...

Owner since November 2015. The value was Excellent. Over the last 2 months this microwave is used by a family of 6 and has held up well. It is easy to clean and operation buttons are simple to learn. I would recommend this product as a Great value for the price. I have owned other Samsung product...
