I also did not receive a "set of 4'. It was 2 containers that were snapped together. I also did not receive enough cardboard inserts to even use both containers.

I ordered this online and when I picked up the package it was only one 2 layer container. Am I supposed to have 3 more? I didn't realize it was a set of 4 until I got home. Very disappointed!

I have several of these as I usually purchase 1 or 2 each year. However, this year the price was extremely high. I didn't have a choice as I had to have it. Otherwise, I would not have purchased. Next year if they don't come back down in price I may go somewhere else and look for something similar.

The inserts definitely don't fit in the slots at all, but they still make a pretty sturdy divider once the ornaments are placed inside. They have a few options to adjust the spacing according to the size of your ornaments, and by the dividers not being in the slots on the container itself the div...
