RECIEVED IN SEVERAL BOXES AND SOME BOXES WERE OPENED AND RETAPED! SEVERAL PIECES DAMAGED! SOME MISSING PIECES! CALLED TO GET REPLACEMENT WAS OUT OF STOCK! WE HAD TO RETURN TO WALMART ! DONT RECOMMEND! DONT BUY! VERY DISSAPOINTED AND A PAIN TO TAKE BACK!

I wouldn't even give this item 1 star! It came extremely damaged missing instructions and the entire desk portion which is load bearing.. called CS to find out that this entire section is no longer available. So after 4 hrs of labor we have to take it down and find a way to return it to walmart.....

Save your money. This is cheaply made and not worth it. Holes are misdrilled it comes all scratched up in damaged boxes and it's difficult to out together. Instructions are minimal and piences are mislabeled.

very nice high quality product for reasonable price . you need around 5 to 6 hours to fully install this bed .you need to follow logic installing it .start with the office first and then the dresser and slowly install the top bed and the lower bed .instruction sometime doesn't make any sense...
