Broken cracked screen - not refurbished. Or they can't ship it properly. Check reviews online this is very common. Big waste of time and effort as this is not an easy thing to return.

Worked great for about 9 months, then left upper and lower corner of screen display turned dark. :( Since its refurbished, there is no warranty after the 90 day in store. Very disappointed because we only purchase Vizio TVs, but this is our first refurbished and our last.

Only thing the picture and sound quality is very poor.

4k ultra hdd dynamic sound awesome picture perfect with 4k movies and games. I had it for around five months and works just fine for a refurbish item I couldn't ask for more.
